Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design systems and maintain consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and drive continuous improvement
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
