Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Analyze user feedback and data to iterate on designs and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate business goals into compelling user experiences
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Portfolio demonstrating design systems and component-based design work
