Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive user research, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to uncover pain points and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma, ensuring alignment with product requirements.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Adobe XD).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full range of design skills, from user research to high-fidelity visual design.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
