Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and products.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users to continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our internal design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay current with UX best practices, emerging technologies, and design trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in designing in Figma or Sketch with the ability to create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
