Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Contribute to our design system and maintain consistent design language
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX design principles and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Passion for user-centered design and continuous learning
- Relevant degree or equivalent in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Eligibility to work in the United States (required)
