Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable product solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align design goals
- Present design solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user experiences
- Document design processes and maintain updated project archives
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and visual problem-solving (school projects acceptable)
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
