Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create detailed user personas to inform design decisions
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to implement designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across products
- Present design rationale and solutions to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and tools
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills (school projects acceptable)
- Basic proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for creating intuitive user experiences
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Associate's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Design/HCI (or equivalent experience)
