Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our internal design system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on user experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
