Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define requirements.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and data analysis.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Write clear and concise UI copy that aligns with user personas.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
