This 12-week intensive program covers user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design systems. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers)
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Document design decisions and maintain design documentation
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize user journeys
- Mentor junior designers during program progression
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving (can be academic/personal projects)
- Basic understanding of design principles (color, typography, layout)
- Proficiency in Figma or willingness to learn (training provided)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote teams
- Adaptability to changing project requirements
- Passion for user-centered design methodologies
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred)
