Responsibilities
- Participate in our intensive paid training curriculum to master UX methodologies and design thinking.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews and usability testing sessions to gather insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and implement creative solutions.
- Review designs for usability, accessibility, and pixel-perfect execution.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis to improve user engagement.
Qualifications
- A strong desire to learn and a growth mindset is essential.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) is preferred but training provided.
- Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex feedback into actionable design changes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
