Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for corporate clients
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain technical documentation for user guides
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 50+ users
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware installations
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for site visits)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Eagerness to pursue CompTIA certifications
