Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware components and software applications

- Participate in ongoing training programs to master IT systems and security protocols
- Assist with network monitoring and system maintenance tasks

Qualifications
