This 6-month paid training combines classroom instruction with client projects, followed by a permanent full-time role. You'll collaborate with senior designers on enterprise-level applications, receive personalized coaching, and build a portfolio that showcases your growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems with consistent UI components
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design improvements
- Document design processes and create style guides
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating visual design and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of UX principles (no prior experience required)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback
