Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless systems
- Implement and manage Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks hardware
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Lead network security protocols including VPNs, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network configurations and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid network solutions
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior technicians
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on network administration experience in enterprise environments
- Certified Cisco CCNP or equivalent Juniper/JNCIP certification
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies
- Strong background in network security architectures and threat mitigation
- Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
