Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical constraints are met.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components library.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Optimize existing user flows and interfaces to improve conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of web and mobile design projects.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
- Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
