Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma and other design tools.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
- Optimize user flows to increase engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Conduct accessibility audits and ensure all designs comply with WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design or a related field.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of the end-to-end design process.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with the ability to create interactive prototypes.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and A/B test results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
