What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to drive product decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user interviews and analyzing user data.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
