Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous data cleaning and validation processes.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, communicating findings clearly and concisely.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
