Responsibilities

- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to define data requirements, report on business metrics, and solve critical business problems.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to support decision-making processes across the organization.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data through rigorous testing and validation protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis and scripting.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
