Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify growth opportunities and optimize user experiences
- Create compelling visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to C-suite executives
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and inform marketing strategies
- Partner with product teams to design A/B tests and measure campaign effectiveness
- Maintain and improve data pipelines ensuring accuracy and scalability
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on e-commerce or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with business acumen
