Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centric interfaces, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to drive product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system that scales across the organization.
- Present design concepts and iterate on feedback to ensure the final product meets business goals and user needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in mobile and web design.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping principles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data to inform design decisions.
