Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and drive product strategy.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define product requirements and translate them into visual designs.
- Advocate for the user voice throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Maintain and contribute to the company's design system and component libraries.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Principle, ProtoPie, or Framer.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
