Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform routine network maintenance and ensure system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software network issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain network cabling infrastructure, including fiber and copper.
- Monitor network traffic and security protocols to prevent breaches.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCENT preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in network administration or support.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
