Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Optimize application performance, cost-efficiency, and security posture within the cloud environment.
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams to automate operational processes and infrastructure provisioning.
- Conduct regular system audits, disaster recovery testing, and incident response management.
- Document technical architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Deep proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
