Job Description
We are looking for a visionary UX Designer to lead the user experience for our rapidly growing product suite in San Francisco. In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business goals, creating intuitive and engaging digital products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions that delight our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the end-to-end UX design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, securing buy-in for creative decisions.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centric designs.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmap.
- Ensure all designs are accessible and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
- Monitor product analytics to measure design impact and iterate accordingly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a tech startup or SaaS environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing case studies and a clear design process.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
