Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that drive product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the wider team for feedback and approval.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a significant plus.
