Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Communicate complex data findings and strategic insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear presentations and written reports.
- Identify data quality issues and implement automated scripts to streamline ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures, window functions).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
