Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and drive strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Maintain and optimize data quality frameworks ensuring 99.9% accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience in e-commerce or SaaS analytics environments
