Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, sales, and marketing to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to uncover trends and anomalies.
- Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings effectively.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends and provide recommendations for business optimization.
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure data quality standards are met across all reporting initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical audiences.
