Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through visual design
