Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and drive product decisions.
- Design wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain a consistent design system and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate business requirements into user-centric designs that are both functional and visually stunning.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in the Fintech or SaaS industry is a plus.
