Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interface designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Analyze user behavior data to drive data-informed design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong visual design skills
- Proven ability to conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and design thinking frameworks
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
