Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
- Create compelling visual designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful work
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and persona development
- Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
