Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern architectures.
- Lead technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies to mitigate risks in the development lifecycle.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in system design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
