- Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize system performance using distributed caching and database tuning
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tech innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building enterprise-grade applications
- Expertise in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of shipping scalable, maintainable code
