Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD while adhering to design systems
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement seamless user journeys
- Develop and maintain design documentation and style guides
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1) across all digital products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools with strong prototyping skills
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and data-driven design principles
- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform design patterns
- Strong understanding of front-end development capabilities (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
