Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
- Design intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve product performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping is a plus.
