Responsibilities
- Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to define and implement features that align with business goals.
- Usability Testing: Execute A/B tests and analyze data to optimize the user journey and conversion rates.
- Style Guides: Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule in a remote or hybrid setting.
