Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and validate fixes
- Develop test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Analyze test results to provide actionable quality improvement insights
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with SQL for data validation and API testing (Postman)
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
