Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a flexible, results-oriented environment.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic prototyping is a plus.
