Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create visually compelling design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX guidelines across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to identify pain points and inform design decisions
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from cross-functional teams
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to drive innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience conducting user research, creating personas, and developing user journey maps
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage projects independently in flexible environments
