Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design solutions with business goals
- Create polished, responsive UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user research sessions to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent design language across products
- Analyze user behavior data to inform iterative improvements
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews)
- Expertise in creating design systems and component libraries
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Experience with responsive web and mobile app design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
