Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt strategies for GPT, LLaMA, and proprietary models
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and reduce hallucinations
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead workshops on prompt optimization techniques for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI fields
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
