Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to iterate and optimize user interfaces.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and follow WCAG guidelines.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients effectively.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI case studies and process work.
- Proven experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible setting.
