What You Will Do
- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and stunning visual designs in Figma.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system.
- Present design solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and functional designs.
- Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques.
- Optimize user flows to improve conversion rates and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
