Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers through agile ceremonies
- Create accessible WCAG 2.1 compliant interfaces for enterprise applications
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through weekly design critiques and portfolio reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS or fintech products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and accessibility implementations
- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, card sorting)
- Certification in UX (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, Interaction Design Foundation)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping
- Strong understanding of responsive design patterns and mobile-first principles
- Ability to manage asynchronous workflows in remote team environments
