Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, journey mapping, and persona development
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop design systems and maintain UI consistency across digital platforms
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for user needs
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with flexible hours
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio showcasing process work and final deliverables
