Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop user journey maps and information architecture documents
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Stay current with UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, personas)
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible environment
