Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for healthcare SaaS platforms
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Lead usability testing sessions and synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect UI solutions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize conversion funnels and reduce task completion time
- Mentor junior designers through our peer-review process and knowledge-sharing workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with healthcare or SaaS portfolio
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
